Nibor - Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate - is administered by Norske Finansielle Referanser AS. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Finans Norge. Nibor is calculated and published by Global Rate Set Systems (GRSS).

What is Nibor

Nibor is a collective term for money market rates with different maturities. The rates are intended to reflect what a bank charges for an unsecured loan in Norwegian kroner to another bank.

Who is responsible for Nibor

On 1 January 2017, the Finans Norge-owned company, Norske Finansielle Referanser AS, took over Finans Norge's responsibility for Nibor.
