One of Finance Norway's most important tasks is to carry through collective bargaining with the employees’ organisations on behalf of our employer member enterprises.
Our opposite parties are The Finance Sector Union of Norway, and the Norwegian Union of Commerce and Office Employees (HK) and the Norwegian Union of Postal and Communication Workers connected to The Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions.
In cooperation with The Finance Sector Union of Norway we have translated the Basic Agreement and the General Agreement to English.
